[searching] circle of blinking

hi everybody !

i had a problem with the circle of blinking ... he just broke in my hand when i was driving and as i drove the doors open (sliding doors), the piece fall on the highway so impossible to stop to retrieve it .....

i'm searching this circle on the steering :
