Re: michelin reife
Hi Rob,
I have just had two punctures/blowouts on holiday and just read your message: I expect I am too late and you have sold them, if not I am interested. Is it normal to use 6.50 r16 instead of 6.00? Is there enough space between the two tyres on the back axle. Unfortunately I did not realise these tyres are difficult to get until I had these blow outs. Is there a modern size alternative that can be fitted? Cheers, Jamie

hello jamie
take a look at this topic
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2273
there is space enough between the two tyres with 6.50 r 16 michelin xca plus
but yes these tyres are not from recent production
i have them all from 2009/2010
but it is possible that you will get tyres from 2006
i do not know about a modern alternative
unfortunately i have sold all my tyres
good luck! invest in good tyres is worth it!
ps i had two blowouts in mai 2011 in france
maybe it is blow out time!
