It could be one or a combination of faults.
If it were mine, I'd have someone with their ear to the floor listening from gearbox to drive axle while you drive.
Check the universal joints for wear x 3 . Propshaft support bearing and !! The rear transmission rubber mounting. This can de-laminate (seperate) and will have the transmission jumping about on load or overrun.
