Remove rear breakdrum and what breakcylinder fit?

hello am new here and I can unfortunately only English. Have a 1966 : a bus with dual rear wheels . Now I have to take off the brake drum , is there any kind person who can tell you how to do it ? then I wonder brake cylinder goes to buy from someone else mercedes type 508 , etc. ? thanks in advance

Make sure the hand brake is off and give the drum a hit with the hammer.

Oky but do i have to remove the hub or can the drum go over it?

See picture below. The brake drum and hub are all one. Undo the bolts of the hub to remove the axel shaft (axel shaft numbered #65 on diagram). Be careful removing the axel shaft from the hub as there is a gasket.( #66 on diagram). If you break the gasket dont worry as they are cheap to replace. Slide the axel out and store it in a clean environment. Now you are able to take the rear drum off by giving it a hit or two. Dont worry about the pictures of the bearings etc (#59 to #53) as they will all stay in place. Remember that the break drum is heavy.

I guess you are referring to the cyclinder in the brake drum. Im not to sure. You would need to find out if it shares the same part number. You can get them resleeved if your original is stuffed.

What master cyclinder do you have up front? A single, duel or a T50-12? Upgrade to a T50-12 for better stopping power and safety.

Tanks i have been sick but im back to fix it. I have 1 mastercylinder and then 2 breakboosters or what it is but now im thinking of uppgrade the vacuum to them whit electric pump.
