i have an om615 engine that i want to install into my 1959 o319, i was told by reinhard to get a 190D bellhousing to continue using my old gearbox, what clutch, flywheel do i need for it to work, i would like to continue using the old gearbox ( 319 )
as it has gearshift on top of ...

Is it possible for you to upload some pictures how the m180 engine is mounted , i have a m180 engine i would like to fit to my O319, i think the engine is sitting on 2 rails next to the engine where the M180 engine brackets are bolted on, i would love to see the correct way

Hi everybody

I read on the internet that 200 O319 busses were send to america and had the M180 6-cylinder engines fitted.. I am able to purchase a mercedes 230/8 passenger car that has the engine, gearbox.

My question is the following, do i need to change any mountings for this engine and gearbox ...

wow, that is a lot of welding and bending, i hope my O319 does not require so much work to get it right
