Hi Jim,
congrats for the electricity in your workshop.
Your Heckflosse W110 looks great. I hope it doesn't have too much rust.
Also looking forward on updates of your 319.
Christian

hoping that tomorrow the weather will be better because today there is a very bad ambient humidity level .... cow piss falling from the sky

..... normally tomorrow I finish the finishes and I put the primer !

today is sunday but i was motivated to paint the roof! this is the start of the day.

I arrive this morning at 11:00 and I turn on the heating, to bring the body to temperature:

then I make my last finish and final primer ! (yeah we don't see the difference on the photos ... ^^)

the roof is fu*king large ! my arms are too little to make perfectly the middle

small coffee while waiting for it to dry .... it's a quick garnish in 2 hours it's dry!

I sand again, blow gun, degreasing and ZOUUUUU! in fact .... I had to make only the roof .... but after the roof there was still paint in the bucket ..... so I continue another part. after, I had not finished a panel, so I refilled the bucket ... etc
2 hours with the painting gun in hand, there will probably be one or two drops, I only made one pass so I loaded well. the most complicated was the roof compared to the access even with a 7-step stepladder, I will try to put a second layer on this one

well, there will be putty defects but hey, at worst I could take them back later, one day ...., I still have paint. after it is a utility and not a mercedes 190SL!
time to sleep
