Rear lights

Hi, We have become owners of a 1964 L319. We are based in the north of England.
Sorry for the late introduction. We joined the forum earlier on in the year and have been interested in reading many of the posts on this site whilst starting our renovation.
We can see from many of your photos the rear indicator lights are the same as the front indicators and are placed mid way up in the rear back quarters. Is this typical on all the 319s or did they change depending on the year of production? The rear lights we had on our vehicle were one unit which included the indicator, brake and running lights. The previous owner bought replacement light units which incorporated just two of those lights, the indicator and the running light, the lens having amber plastic at the top and red at the bottom. The lights are Hella K13299 and do not have a mount for a dual coating brake/tail bulb. I think that these lights are the correct ones for the vehicle (please advise if you know differently) and if this is the case, where do the brake lights fit? Many thanks Jon
